Delivery Schedule
For company profiles delivery is typically on the day of purchase. In some cases approvals can take longer depending on the availability of the company's sustainability information.
Once your company is approved we will send you a payment link and invoice. When the transaction is complete the nominated administration contact will receive a welcome email with secure login to your Clean Market company profile management account. Thereafter, saved updates to your company profile are immediate.
Payments
Initial payment transactions take place via the company Monzo Business Bank account using a payment link and invoice.
Following this initial phase, online payments will then be made through our secure online payments partner, Stripe. Upgrades take effect in your account area immediately after the transaction is complete. Until this e-commerce feature is live, please follow the links in your account area to upgrade via the initial payment method with Monzo Bank.
Tax Charges
All licenses and future products offered by Clean Market are subject to VAT charged at the current UK rate of 20%. VAT is calculated prior to any transactions and itemised on the transaction invoice.
License Duration
A company profile will be live from your most recent profile purchase or upgrade transaction with Clean Market, and remain live for 12 months. We will remind you of the pending expiry of your company profile 3 months prior to the end of your license period to allow plenty of time for renewal. Recurring annual license payments are available on request.
Cancellation (Requests)
Cancellations can be requested from the end date of the current annual license, and will constitute a 4 week notice period from that date. To request cancellation, please email the team at the end of your annual license period and we will activate the process. Any refund due will be calculated pro-rata from the termination date. We obviously hope that you won’t have reason to cancel, but if you did, we would ask that you share your thinking with us to help us improve our product for your future involvement.
Cancellations (By Us)
Clean Market reserve the right to disable a company account if a company has knowingly supplied incorrect information relating to their business sustainability status during the application process. This may come to light at a later date. In the event of this circumstance occurring, we will disable the account temporarily pending clarification of the facts via the company administration contact.
Accounts may also be temporarily disabled in the event of situations arising from clear and obvious accusations of greenwashing. Again, in the event of this situation arising we will seek clarification through discussion with the registered company administration contact.
The purpose of Clean Market is to provide a quick and convenient way for companies and their employees to find low impact organisations to work, and potentially collaborate, with. Diluting this offering with ambiguity is not in the interests of our audience, our clients, our partners, our business, or the future of our planet.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if a company profile license is cancelled in-line with our cancellation terms and conditions above.
Performance
Clean Market is operated on a proprietary CMS platform, with a secure and efficient code base, and is hosted using sustainable energy. The platform is highly SEO friendly, producing organic (non-paid for) high ranking search results for all levels of content. The SEO performance is enhanced as pages are visited, and when content is promoted by website users.
Complaints (Performance)
The performance of Clean Market, in terms of visitor traffic volume and quality of enquiries received by any listed company, has too many variables to be a cause for reasonable complaint. Examples of variables that contribute to a perceived low performance may include company type, product(s) types, profile information completion percentage (how complete your profile is), profile information wording, product(s) images and product profile text used, market size, current market dynamics, and many other factors beyond our control.
