Listing on Clean Market makes it easier for companies to find out how your oganisation can play a part.

Do we qualify for a listing?

If your organisation:

• has emissions measurement data for a chosen base year
• is measuring year on year against the base year
• has a science based net zero target
• is transparent about progress

Then yes

If your organisation:

• has emissions measurement data for a chosen base year
• is measuring a follow-on year against the base year
• will be establishing a science based net zero target

Then also yes, as long as the outcome is confirmed within 18 months from the start of the first measuerement year

If your organisation is getting started or finding out how best to get started, register as a visitor to find the advice and tools to help to identify, measure and reduce emissions. When you are measuring you can join the market.

If your organisation provides any of the following:

• environmental impact related consultancy services
• software to manage the process - carbon accounting for example
• impact education or training courses
• renewable energy
• renewable energy solutions
• specialist impact related recruitment services
• impact certifications

Then also yes, becuase you are an important part of the process.

Why is our Organisation already listed?

Your Organisation has been identified as one of the following:

• an Organisation with a verified emissions reduction commitment
• a solution provider with a track record of helping Organisations to measure, manage and reduce their emissions
• a renewable energy provider or renewable energy solution provider
• provider of impact focused education or training
• an impact management framework or certification

We will list any company or organisation who we understand to be one of the above, typically using the company name, country, sector and a category of business where this information is easily available.

How can we manage the existing profile of our Organisation?

Visit this form, select your preferred package, and we will email a payment link.

When the payment is cleared, your account will be activated and you will receive a welcome email with login details. Then you can go ahead and build your profile.

How do you promote our listing?

We don't. But then again we do.

First up, our application outputs clean well structured HTML that loads quickly, so it is highly user friendly for website visitors.

Secondly, all of our URLs are SEO friendly - no question marks (?) and hashing (#) - they are a hyphenated reflection of the page title. This is super important for listed companies.

We know from experience that the more traffic the website platform receives the more engagement it (you, our content) gets. And Google really likes that. 

We have licensed the platform to Exhibition and Conference organisers in the past and the organic search performance was staggering. One global food exhibition, some of whose customers are stocked in major supermarkets, found that their company profile (on our platform) was appearing above both the supermarket search results for their products on Google and their own corporate profile.

What does all of this mean? Company listings are a partnership. Some favourable mentions here and there on your socials combined with Google site crawler activity and our own updates to registered users, and it won't take long before your Clean Market profile page rises up the rankings.

Is listing free?

If you are happy for your listing to be minimal - company name, country and no account access - then yes.

We charge for account access. There are three listing packages available, and we have gone low. Our basic listing package is only £240.00 for the year (£20.00 / month). 

Why charge? We are a for profit business with all of the usual costs and responsibilities. We also have exciting development plans to build more value for both our audience and our customers.

We also allocate 5% of revenue generated from our Standard and Premium packages for charity.

Is Clean Market a certification programme?

No. There are lots of excellent certifications and frameworks for companies and organisations to work with already.

We verify that the companies and organisations listed on Clean Market are measuring and reducing CO2 emissions to achieve net zero or known to provide proven products and services to help organisations to manage theor impact.

Where a listed organisation has achieved a certification, we promote the achievement by adding the cerrtification or framework logo to their website profile.
