Listing Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to organisations requesting and activating a listing on Clean Market.

1. Listing request & approval

Submitting a listing request does not guarantee acceptance.

All listings are reviewed against Clean Market’s verification criteria. Additional information may be requested to support review

f approved, the nominated administration contact will receive activation details and instructions for accessing the profile management area.

2. Activation & delivery

Once activated, profile access is typically provided on the same day. In some cases, approval and setup may take longer depending on the availability and review of sustainability information.

Saved updates to profile content take effect immediately.

3. Payments

Payments are currently processed via Stripe payment links.

Profile upgrades or changes to listing level take effect once payment has been completed.

4. Taxes

All listings and related services are subject to VAT at the prevailing UK rate, where applicable. VAT will be itemised on invoices.

5. Listing duration

Activated listings are provided on an annual basis (12 months) from the most recent activation or upgrade date.

We will notify you in advance of the end of your listing period to allow time for renewal. Recurring annual payments may be available on request.

6. Cancellation by you

Cancellation can be requested at the end of the current annual listing period, subject to four weeks’ notice.

Requests should be submitted by email to the Clean Market team.

Any refund due will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from the termination date.

7. Cancellation or suspension by Clean Market

Clean Market reserves the right to suspend or remove a listing where:
• Incorrect or misleading information has been knowingly supplied
• Credible concerns relating to misrepresentation or greenwashing arise
In such cases, the account may be temporarily suspended while clarification is sought from the nominated administration contact.

8. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in accordance with the cancellation terms above.

9. Platform availability & performance

Clean Market provides a discovery and research platform.

We do not guarantee specific levels of traffic, enquiries, or commercial outcomes for any listing.

Visibility and engagement are influenced by multiple factors including profile completeness, clarity of information, sector demand, and market conditions.

10. Changes to these terms

Clean Market may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the website.

Clean Market observes platform behaviour, not personal identity. We do not sell personal data.
